Boulangerie
Boulangerie is our artisan bread section, where you can find out a bit more about the old levain breads we handcraft for you everyday.
Are you new to artisan baking? In essence artisan baking means all of our products are hand made and we carefully select all ingredients. We have a deep-rooted passion for our breads. Our breads have a lot of time to rest and are folded over (literally) multiple times during the process. This a more natural process that uses less chemical and breaks down gluten.

Come in and try our fabulous sourdough breads or the many European style breads.

BAGUETTE
A classic that is sure to please! Eat the same day with your dinner, baked sandwich, French onion soup, or meatball sub with melted cheese.

COUNTRY RYE LEVAIN (SD - Sour Dough)
This is our "beginners" bread. This crusty bread with a soft chewy crumb has only 10% rye flour and is a good product to try if you're not used to artisan breads or just aren't sure about rye breads.

FOCACCIA
Beautiful round bread topped lightly with rosemary and parmesan.
Add cheese and toppings to make a Focaccia pizza, or slice it and top it with mozzarella/tomato and broil to warm for a crowed pleasing appetizer.

LEINSAMENBROT
(SD - Sour Dough)

German rye with flax seed that is a heavy bread with a hard outer crust and drier inner crumb. This hardy bread is wonderful sliced thin and use for sandwiches, or open faced sandwich with Pastrami, grilled sandwich, toast, melted cheese and mustard.

MULTISEED LEVAIN
(SD - Sour Dough)
This wonderful bread has a crusty crust with a soft crumb consisting of 10% rye flour, flax, sunflower, and sesame seeds. A nice light bread loaded with amazing flavor.

A wonderful bread that has a nice chewy crumb with small amount of rye and oatmeal as well as a nice little texture from the flax and sunflower seeds.

Pain de Mei P. D. M.
French white bread that is light and airy with soft outer crust with no air pockets. This bread makes a wonderful french toast, toast, sandwiches, bread crumbs, croutons, or stuffing.

SEMOLINA
A delightful light inner crumb bread. Sesame offers nice nutty flavor, which enhances any sandwiches, toast, or croutons

This wonderful bread has a nice chewy crumb from a small amount of rye and oat meat and a nice little crunch from the flax and sunflower seeds.

YUKON DAVE
(SD - Sour Dough)
This crusty white bread is a nod to a gentleman we met named Dave who was very generous and offered us a piece of his sourdough starter from Alaska from sometime in the 1960's. This is a lightly soured flavored bread.

50% WHOLE WHEAT (SD - Sour Dough)
A hearty crusty bread with an open soft chewy crumb. Think of this bread between our country loaves and our mountain bread for heartiness, not to light but not to heavy either.

Kouign-amann

A traditional flaky croissant from Brittany France, with some extra sugar worked into the dough, for a caramelized buttery effect.

Traditionally made, baked and salted. Dip in mustard, cheese, chocolate or eat plain.

It is made from layers of buttery, flaky dough that is laminated to create a light and airy texture topped with various flavors.
Sandwiches
We now offer a range of sandwiches to satisfy your tastebuds.
All of our sandwiches are offered on our in house daily baked breads (sourdough, PDM (French white bread), baguette, Whole Wheat). They come standard with lettuce, tomato, and onion. We offer a variety of cheeses to choose from (American, Cheddar, Swiss) as well as our deli meats (bacon, breakfast sausage, ham,Italian cold cuts, turkey). The condiment choices we offer are butter, mayo, oil-vinegar, ranch, and yellow mustard.
